  • Arrive with a printing error, defect, or damage

  • Be different from what you ordered (wrong design, wrong item, etc.)

  • Be reported within 14 days of delivery

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Color variation due to screen differences

  • Normal wear and tear


Proof Required

To process your refund quickly, please provide:

  • A clear photo of the defective or incorrect item

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

Refund Options

Receive store credit for the full amount of your order.

Return Shipping

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs
